Great tutorial Carson. I'm changing from Filmora to CapCut and one feature I hope CapCut has is favourites. I have a few transitions saved as favourites and a few custom preset titles. Does CapCut have a similar feature? It save me a ton of time scrolling up and down the transitions and setting up an often used title style. Looking forward to more from your channel - Paul
@carsoncrockett_2 ай бұрын
Hey Paul - glad you found the video helpful. While you can't save transitions on CapCut, you can create text presets that will save your font, color, shadow, etc. I agree with you on the transitions feature, but the quickest way I've found is searching for the name of it and then it pops up right away.

@@carsoncrockett_ thanks Carson. I'm runing on Filmora until I learn the ins and outs of Capcut. I'm posting weekly videos so don't have time to stop uploads yet. - Thanks - Paul

Hi. Can you tell me why I can not find AI Characters on my desktop version of CapCut? Any help is appreciated!
@carsoncrockett_9 ай бұрын
Hey Steve. The option to automatically generation captions is under the text category, and is labeled as "Auto captions". Hope that helps!

I wish your vid had time stamps as I’m an intermediate user not beginner. Curious what the Ai tools are? And do u know if possible to have subtle volume smooth raise lower to work around a narration voice that is in and out of a video?
@carsoncrockett_9 ай бұрын
Gotchu! Although you've probably watched it already haha, I added timestamps for future viewers. And for your question, I don't believe CapCut has a feature like that, but I think the best workaround would be wherever you want to fade the music or narration in/out, split the audio there so you can add that fade in/out. I appreciate you watching!

good work bro! Learned a lot. Your background music is a bit competing with your voice so I would lower it (specially with the loop beat). Just a feedback. Thanks, again!

Does capcut have a play ahead from start feature? If I put the cursor on 1:01 and press stop then play again it will start again at 1:01 ? I have not found this feature, mines just stops where ever the cursor ends.
@carsoncrockett_8 ай бұрын
That's correct. Wherever the cursor is, that's where the video will play from. CapCut doesn't have a play from start feature. You just have to scroll to the beginning. Thanks for watching!

I have just downloaded Capcut and some of the lables are different from yours. Instead of "Cutout", I have "Remmove BG", Instead of "Enhance" I have Retouch. I beleive they are the same thing. When you begin Autocutout you have a vertical line that follows your cursor to select a starting point for the cutout, I do not have that. I have tried everything but cannot complete the cutout. What am I missing?
