Cape Chignecto Loop Trail: Refugee Cove to Big Bald Rock (1 Min Edition)

I thought it might be a good idea to create little summary videos of some of the extended multi-day hikes because there are portions that are accessible on day trips, and I think it's important to highlight the scenery for all types of trail users.
This section of the loop was day 2 for me and probably my favourite part because I still had a lot of food left at that point. Plus the mysterious fog that drifted along the coast and into the forest made it quite serene.
