Beautiful home however with the pool there isn’t much backyard space and the apartment/older houses are looking right down into the backyard. Besides not being able to skinny dip very easily the buyer would also feel self conscious living in such a grand home while people behind you don’t have as much.

Okay, guess it will be over a million ,how much are we going to pay for real estate tax and H.O.V. fee.(are you able to get home insurance ?and how much is that). Also don't forget the mortgage!!! So you need to be a millionaire to buy this, NICE Home.

House is nice but alot of eyes on you from the back 2 story duplex or condo units thats a deal breaker. Bathrooms don't go with the home. The kitchen is very nice. Patio, pool area and outdoor kitchen is nice.
