Lovely home especially for a couple who can accommodate guests. Dining Room is not not really a room. Pool fountain would be better if used to elongate the pool. No laundry room? I see it looking again but you did not show it on video. Beautiful Master Bath and love LED mirrors. nice touch.

It can take over 18 months to build. Especially if don’t have a sea wall. The issue is high demand and some supplies shortages. But people are still buying.Some big builders are building spec homes that are available in less time.

I need a house with a back yard and pool. I have dogs. No HMOS. NO RESTRICKTED ANYTHING. The house I like, but would like not so fancy pool. Love the indoors with exception to the dinning room and livingroom are small. Love the kitchen is exactly how I want one. Everything else is great. Maybe you can find me what I am looking for.

I would love a house just like this one,but couple of problem I see is that it is close to that area of the sea.I would like it on my own acre of land with everything .I would add on 1& a half full bathroom and double sinks instead of one.The pantry should be more of a walk in space with built in shelves,that's just how I think and I would make the shallow end of the pool where the water is sprouting up part of the rest of the pool to have more space to swim laps just because I enjoy it.I wish you had shown us the w/dryer room.thanks

No, there are areas with city water and sewer that are paid for and others with a small balance. If you are thinking about buying let me give you a head up. We have lots of buyers and not too much inventory so you need to have your finance or cash ready when you find a home you like. They are going fast. Sorry about not putting the price on new construction. The problem is that the prices changes a lot and I don’t want to mislead anyone. On all the resale the prices and status are found on description. Just click on the link next to full report. This is the only way I can keep the prices and status as videos gets old or sold. I’m moving out the FL, the house too small very high prices, everything in FL very high cost living, especially high taxes property, and home insurance. Jobs paid salary too low than others state. I just look new home nice places to raise kids other state houses cost 500k and 3077 square ft so many rooms so big and property taxes only near 3000k a year, everything cost less than Fl, gas, taxes….but my salary 10k more than FL. Good buy FL hurricane….

Don't need a pool. I'll rather use the space for fruit trees. Can't live on pool water. It's there a beach near by. Is that a lake next door. It's a breading ground for mosquitos. The house is beautiful but outside is high maintenance.
