thanks for watching mate! When we did the tele track we left the van at Bramwell station. started the track maybe 8:45am and did the first half which took the whole day. Then pin it for maybe an hour along the main road back to Bramwell. next day we took the van up to where the northern half starts and there is a camp ground we left it there. Then maybe only a 20 minute drive back from end of tele to there. definitely worth taking the van mate!

I’ve watched a LOT of Cape York videos & a hell of a lot of 4wd videos in general. This was one of the best I’ve watched. It’s a well filmed adventure & kept real. I was glued to it the whole time. Congrats on the proposal too.

Unfortunate but 4WD Action was rite! that place claims dozens of vehicles a year and next time try patience by waiting 10 mins for all the sediment to drop back down before you go especially in deep water crossing like that and preparation like feeling out the depth and ground below should help you judge yourself. Gary Cookson thanks for watching mate. Yeah we walked it 3 times, tested the winch, but the cover on, everything as normal and should have been an easy drive, and should of been an easy recovery but had the winch issues, anyway just bad luck. Thanks heaps mate can’t wait to get back up there

dave ed thanks for watching mate! Electrics for it got wet and I couldn’t shift. Ended up manually having to switch it across and then started working again. There’s a way out before mistake creek but if you keep pushing from there you gotta go through Nolan’s. A few days after us apparently more of a chicken track got made but still deep to get through!

yeah same mate. It was just something with the wireless remote. As I got out I had the cover on the bulbar over the winch box as I usually just use the remote. After plugging the actual cable in and using that remote it worked. So lesson learnt in the new car we just picked it up yesterday from getting done I have a winch plug inside the vehichle so its easy to get to!

Colorado is a very good vehicle.. it can take you anywhere you wanted to go...i've tested it also with my personal unit..and it didn't fail on me...anyways nice video very entertaining.
