Hey! Just pick up my first micro crawler! Decided to start with the TRX4M. Grabbed the low range gear set and bearings to replace the transmission bushings for a smoother ride. Over the last month I have been going through all of your crawling videos. And I can’t believe how many subs you got in the last couple weeks! Just crossed 1,500 myself! Haha not quite your 58k but getting there 😉 thanks for all of your content! Keep it up!

try flipping your rear links right side up. Won't look as cool but you'll probably get that clearance you want.
@PleasureAfterWorkRcCrawlers Жыл бұрын
Do not forget to loosen up the rear upper links with spacers on the chassis to get full articulation...if not, they block on the stock fcx24 chassis.

Man I love that you talked about the Unimog cab on this build. I’ve been saying since I got my FCX24 that, a Unimog body would be sick!

Thanks so much for the battery info. I'm a huge fan of this little rig. I've modified about a half dozen of them, all a little different from each other! Thanks for what you do!

great chassis even given the length, those injora tires putting in some work!

They work great on there. A great match for the build.

This rig deserves a high preference XL LCG chassis.

another great video, question I get the magnets in the front but what holds the cab in the rear?
@CapeCrawlers Жыл бұрын
Thanks! Nothing it the rear. It just rests on the chassis.
@domino2205 Жыл бұрын
its all your fault I got this chassis and the Dark Night chassis because you had to make a video of them but both look great @@CapeCrawlers

Very good video rc 🤩
@keithbutler6361 Жыл бұрын
It might be worth trying small stiff springs in the rear just to lift it a little , just enough to give you some clearance , stay safe mate 🇬🇧
@urgethesturge7253 Жыл бұрын
I think it might be time to add on or update the crawler course!! Still a killer track

You wouldn't consider changing the connection on them?
@pittysbuilds895 Жыл бұрын
I wish you would’ve covered how you got the transmission Servo to work, I cannot figure that out! The Servo is way higher on this chassis than it was and there’s no way that stock thin piece of metal is goons reach the back of the trans?? I only but all of this stuff because of your video and now I’m dumbfounded lol
@CapeCrawlers Жыл бұрын
I never did unfortunately. I’m still running it as a single speed
@pittysbuilds895 Жыл бұрын
I’m a shamed to admit this, but I figured out my problem 😂…. I had the Servo backwards. Sorry for being an idiot. I’ve built 6-7 of these 1/24th scales and I can’t believe I did that. Guess that’s what happens when you try to build during 15 intervals until your kids find you hiding in the garage lol. Thanks though.
