First i received onboarding virtual later welcome letter their gave another mail ... In that physical onboarding... What can i do now... I mean my onboarding is virtual or not

Actually my first name and last name are jumbled .....in my last name(surname) column ,it is showing second part of my original name and in first name column ,it is showing my surname with my original name first part .....will it be a problem? Do I need to ask for any change ?
