hey, so one of my friends who has just joined last month as an intern in capgemini claims that there was an internal hike exam which she cracked and hence her salary which was initially 7.5 lpa (senior analyst) in now hiked to 12lpa but the upgraded job role is not yet handed over to her. Does this happen in the company? How can a salary hike from 7.5 to 12 happen when she's just a fresher and who's training even has not yet started?
