That's a really good video and everything was on point. I am a 2021 passout and was onboarded on Aug 2021, I was trained on multiple domains and then finally on Appian. Hey, not sure about the details and journey for the consultant role. For me, I had a three month training post joining and yes there are project interviews that you need to give before getting selected for that particular project (atleast for analyst and sr. analyst, this is the case) this is almost common for all the companies

Dw, offer letters are given after graduation and just before your doj. Sem 8 is the right time for Adapt credentials but then again not everyone goes through the adapt training

Hey ! Dw, even we did not receive anything after the LOI. Most of the people will directly receive the offer letter after they graduate. Only some college selects receive the Adapt training mail a month or two after the LOI

hey, so one of my friends who has just joined last month as an intern in capgemini claims that there was an internal hike exam which she cracked and hence her salary which was initially 7.5 lpa (senior analyst) in now hiked to 12lpa but the upgraded job role is not yet handed over to her. Yes. I'd asked one of the manager (during my training period) regarding the number of interview calls that we can expect after the training. His response was 2-3 calls max. And if you still didn't get selected in any project then your mentor will have a discussion with you as to why you weren't able to crack any of the interviews and might even send you for additional training. Please note that you can also be send for additional improvement training if you're on bench for too long or if you got selected in a project but your performance was not satisfactory.

Shadow assignment starts once you have been selected in a project and have to be in meetings to observe the work or get trained. I think you are talking about bench period where usually no one contacts you apart from project interviews
