good info, just one thing to update as I am currently working in Capgemini. 1 and 2 start is not related to promotion at all. Becuase I have seen even 2 star scorer also got promotion so it depends on 2 factors - your performance(Obviously your manager will recommend you for promotion if you're really a good performer and eligibily criteria (you need to complete at least 18-24 months in Capgemini)

Hi, I have a question iam on bench since 8 months and after they have mentioned one project name in my timecard(but not got any meetings for the project) after the next month iam on bench so still they have not assigned project and meetings and all, so whether they give project to me or not, can you reply for this.

Hey, please connect with your RMG for this. Also when they assign an employee a project, it becomes your responsibility to become pro active and ask them about the meetings and all. From what you have written, it seems like they assigned and waited for a month but since you did not return back, they have moved on (just an analysis) Please check if they are still searching for a candidate and check with your RMG for other projects as well.

yes, it happened to me. after meta and other American companies fired employees, capgemini too fired fearing a recession. 80% of my teammates are fired. we joined in june first week. our last working day is end of December. our fate, nothing else can be said. i have seen my friend have a happy life with Capgemini but it's a different domain. Your domain matters and most importantly ur higher officials in the domain.
