Capgemini vs Accenture | Best Company for freshers

Mam a small suggestion from my side. Like instead of comparing capgemini and other company. Like why can't you just make a different different service companies videos covering from training to salary and perks etc everything in detail. The reason is like everytime you need to repeat the same thing what you said under capgemini which is very hard for you to say. Instead of that like can you make a video completely on one company in a video and through this cover all the service companies and start also doing on companies which people doesn't know and offer good packages. It will help a lot mam. Sorry mam if I said wrong I just expressed my opinion 😅🙂

Hi sis, I have joined as a fresher in Capgemini and now 6 months completed with a package of 3.5lpa....... Still I'm on bench........ Yesterday I've received a compensation mail regarding salary hike to 4lpa......... So I thought for every 6 months they will hike salary right ?????? Pls reply.......

Are you kidding Accenture salary hikes are same as Capgemini which is 5-8% 😂😂. Accenture hikes are very good nearly 10-20%, for top performers it can go upto 25%. They give hikes twice year if the employee is talented. And Accenture give variable pay, bonus irresponsible of experience.
