The only thing I'm going to say is that Zilla would have to have lost quickly with the first kangaroo kick because I think that same kick broke King Ghidora's back in Destroy All Monsters In other words, Zilla would have been almost dead with the kangaroo kick, gorosaurus is a kaiju that can do as much damage as to break bones

I know it's been a while but here is de info about gorosaurus. He is a pretty obscure monster. He appeared in two movies, king Kong escapes where he is a giant dinosaur living on Kong's island and looses against, and Destroy all monsters where he really shine. He destroy the arc de triomphe in Paris and later help Godzilla and other monsters against king Ghidorah managing to throw Ghidorah to the ground, making him one of the few Godzilla monsters that never fought Godzilla and is actually his ally.

While not an atomic breath per se, Zilla (in the 1998 movie) has a "Power Breath" that is higly flammable. The reason that it looks like he is spouting flames in the movie is because the Power Breath ruptured the fluid tanks of the cars in front of him and ingited it. In the animated series that acts as asequel to Godzilla (1998) Zilla Jr. does have a green atomic breath.

Gorosaurus first appeared in a Japanese King Kong movie (King Kong escapes) he was an allosaurus-like kaiju that fought Kong but was killed. He next appeared in Godzilla destroy all monsters (with his height was doubled for him to be around the same height as Godzilla since he was only around 20 ish meters tall in his first appearance) his most iconic move is his kangaroo kick which easily could knock over Kong and do a lot of damage to Ghidorah in Destroy all monsters, he does it by lifting himself up with his tail and kicking with both legs. He also has a sharp prehensile tail that can impale other kaiju. In destroy all monsters, he is shown to have the ability to burrow underground. Given he’s a dinosaur, he also has sharp teeth with a strong bite force.
