When you have filming costs to consider, time of the anglers, and availability of lakes, trying to get all the pieces to align for a filming project can be hard, we needed a venue to kick off this series whereby we could catch a few fish, it would be unlikely we could get the calibre of these 2 again together on the same date for sometime to reshoot if we didn't catch anything, therefore it was better to chose a venue which had the best chance of them getting a few bites :)

Steaks needs some attention 😂 don't put them garlic bits in out of the oil when cooking steaks at that temperature, just burning the garlic & it will taste bitter & nasty, if you have to put the garlic on put it on later when the steak is resting, I'm sure your resting them before eating aren't you???😉 also needs a little seasoning when cooking👍
