Are you talking about tax brackets for sale or purchase, or both? You started with tax brackets on the purchase of property and then switched to sale of property. Nowhere, u told that the tax percentages are the same for purchase or sale. Plz prepare well to bring clarity to your talks instead of creating confusion for already confused public.
