In ky homalton villas and 3.5 marla Hormany villas ( Rs.13000000) ki sale me izafa ho sakta hy. Ba Sherty orignal overseas ky smart Villa's on ko jaldi hand over kery without asking extra money ( escalation, mumty, stairs, square feet) ky name per. Apni commitment per kain rahy jo buying ky time per ki ti. Apni zuban ka bharam rukhy. And quality construction ka jo issue aaa raha hy. Usy be theak kery. Taky overseas owners khush hon and khud be further investment kery and dosron ko be recommend kery.

Chattah Saab, Please inform CSC management to waive 100% of the "mumty charges," which range from 1.2 to 2.4 million per villa. This additional cost is unfairly imposed on villa owners. Additionally, no villas in OS-East E have been delivered despite 100% payment made last year. Even after paying the escalation charges, CSC management is demanding millions more, which is extremely unjust for the overseas villa owners. Furthermore, CSC management has removed fans and ovens (hobs) from the villas. Is this what you call a "smart villa"-one without even basic amenities like fans? This is really disappointing. CSC management is expecting that overseas villa owners should return to Pakistan and buy fans and ovens from Raja Bazaar ? like Smart City always smart moves.

@@mysmartcity8066 company me mumtee charhes leine hi hain har surat mai (extra charges). To kal ko ye hamilton ke bhi extra charges leinge whatever name de kar. Iska matlab 84 ka villa 84 ka ni hai aur Hamilton 5 crore ka villa inho ne 5 crore ka ni daina instead extra charges lagane hain.

Brother . Capital smart city although good project. No doubt. But we overseas people trust on Habib Rafiqu capital smart city on 2019 and booked smart villas . They were committed to give kesy of house on decided payment. For example Rs.8450000/- and its included everything. But ccs didn't handover villas to overseas in 6 ,7 years . Even they are always trying applies stair charges , mumty charges , square feet charges. Which unfair and unjustified . They are losing their credibility. Who is going to invest further.
