Brother, What you are saying. Please look at serious issue on Smart Villas with Capital Smart City. Because property dealers and Brand name Habib Rafique , we invested in smart villas in 2019 with 3 year payment plan. We paid 100% payment on October 2022. Now almost 6 year finishing. Capital smart city still did not hand over smart villas to original overseas investors. And whenever we are applying documents and SOD , then management asking more extra money ( between 10 lakh to 15 lakh for 5 marla and 24 lakh for 7 marla ) for the name of mumty, stairs , square feet . What is this ? It is totally unfair and unjustified. It is absolutely wrong . Who is going to invest further in this CSC project. At least overseas investors will not come to capital smart city. They did not obeying their commitment. They did not have mouth of word. For 5 marla 4 bed Rs.8450000/ was commitment that Everything included. They delayed construction and using our payment for other objectives. Now their mistakes why we will pay. Its high level blunder. If they want to save their reputation then they have to complete smart villas on fast track with good quality construction materials as per 2019 commitment and without asking extra money. Dear raised your voice for real issue. Overseas investors are angry and sad on capital smart city behaviour. They sold smart villas included everything 5 marla 4 bed @ Rs.8450000/- in 2019. Brother - What you are showing ? First CSC have to deliver villas to real original overseas investors. From 2019 up to now 6 year plus time has finished. 100% payment has done October 2022 . Brother . Capital smart city although good project. No doubt. But we overseas people trust on Habib Rafiqu capital smart city on 2019 and booked smart villas . They were committed to give kesy of house on decided payment. For example Rs.8450000/- and its included everything. But ccs didn't handover villas to overseas in 6 ,7 years . Even they are always trying applies stair charges , mumty charges , square feet charges. Which unfair and unjustified . They are losing their credibility. Who is going to invest further.

And now this the time period when you have to facilitate your customers to come and stay in the capital smart city this is only possible when you give them possession and remove the extra charges in any form we have paid the full amount of our villas in June 2023 in all with all the changes and now after 18 months they realised that they have asked to pay mumty charges or in the sence of extra square feet charges and some other bulshit. This is very shameful moment for the Management and Dealers because they are not interested to help those people who are giving them business. Kind regards

Chattah Saab, Please inform CSC management to waive 100% of the "mumty charges," which range from 1.2 to 2.4 million per villa. This additional cost is unfairly imposed on villa owners. Additionally, no villas in OS-East E have been delivered despite 100% payment made last year. Even after paying the escalation charges, CSC management is demanding millions more, which is extremely unjust for the overseas villa owners. Furthermore, CSC management has removed fans and ovens (hobs) from the villas. Is this what you call a "smart villa"-one without even basic amenities like fans? This is really disappointing. CSC management is expecting that overseas villa owners should return to Pakistan and buy fans and ovens from Raja Bazaar ? like Smart City always smart moves.
