It's imperative that we address this issue promptly to ensure the sustained growth and prosperity of CSC. I urge the management to consider collecting the development charges in a total timeframe of 2 to 3 years, commencing by mid-2025. Many good societies also give 2 to 3 years to pay off development charges and csc should also follow this trend. By doing so, they Will foster a sense of trust and confidence among all investors.
