Hey there, Patwal77! Iggy here from The Investing Iguana. Great question about CapitaLand! Let's clear up any confusion. CapitaLand Investment (CLI) is the parent company, but they manage several REITs: 1. CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT) 2. Ascott Residence Trust (ART) 3. CapitaLand China Trust (CLCT) 4. CapitaLand Malaysia Trust (CLMT) 5. CapitaLand India Trust (CLINT) 6. CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (CLAR) Each REIT focuses on different property types or regions. In the video, I was mainly discussing CLI's overall performance, which impacts all these REITs to some degree. For specific REIT analysis, check out my dedicated videos on each one.
