Maiden definitely played Losfer Words. They released a live version as a B side for one of the singles that came out during the Powerslave tour. It’s also on the 1995 version of Live After Death where they added all the B sides as bonus tracks on the first 9 albums.

It was hit and miss, they played it when I seen them in Denver in 85' but did not play it the next night in Salt Lake.

Maiden have the opportunity to do something no band has ever done. What most bands cannot do. That is to finish career with a fan chosen setlist. They can have voting contests for every album, with the song with most votes, from each album. There's your final setlist.

Metallica did this whe i saw them in 2012, and whilst it was kind of cool, the setlist itself was the most uninspired setlist, it ended up just being all the "big" songs that everybody knows woth none of the more interesting album songs in there, it was the same with every set they did on that tour. I worry that if Maiden did this, it'll just be exactly the same

IMO if they are going to celebrate 50 years, the song are supposed to be “anthems” , singles (videos), and also played in the world tour that brings them back. As Simon Dawson is the actual drummer, they could do a longer set (mostly shorter song) Some surprises; Wasting Love, be quick, from here to eternity, Bring your Daughther, tail gunner, etc

When I saw Bruce on the spoken word tour for his book in Columbus, OH, he did an acapella of "Quest For Fire" and "Tears of the Dragon". He nailed them both. I am in no way asking for Quest For Fire to be in the set, BUT....I think Bruce could pull it off.

Switch Aces High and NOTB, before FOTD and its more realistic. Its not an ideal pool of songs, but I willing to bet I´ll find it more interesting that bland one Steve and Rod are coming up with right now (except if they play To Tame a Land, then all bets are off) 😄 Either way, had a lot fund watching this. Ronnie James Dio would do medleys all the time. Hammerfall has been known to do that as well. I'm all for it if Maiden did it. Just to hear 30 seconds of a song never or rarely played live, along with some others, would be cool.
