This is beautiful! I'm a Capoeirista (and 3D artist haha) myself, and I feel like seeing this is such a gift because our art really doesn't get a lot of attention! Amazing work! If I had anything to say, and I hope you're okay with that, I'd say she seems to terminate her momentum at the end of each ginga step, while the purpose of the footwork is to keep moving and have a constant sway to remain unpredictable. There should be an almost-constant flow of motion, however, I do like how you varied her speed! There's quite a few moves in this I'd LOVE to be able to pull off if my back could actually bend a bit more LOL! I came here from your incredible MMA/boxing fight video, and I really hope to see Capoeira showcased in a beautiful combat-practical way against an opponent. :)

@@uebyCykanot surprisingly many martial arts are rooted in fighting, but many martial arts today are more for fitness rather actual fights. That being said lots of martial arts usually have a few good moves in a real fight, but there’s a lot that’s impractical too.

Many capoeira moves are focused on the head, there is a video of a guy who passed out instantly when he received a kick (And everyone who receives this kick faints)

I am the son From a top capoeirista "contramestre" Fourth highest rank, having to be 17 years old learning capoeira and at least 30 years old to be in that rank, my younger brother has been doing capoeira since he was 3 and has been to several tournaments inside and outside Brazil, There's a whole moment of trophies and medals, and I've been training since 3 but stopped at 15, I think I have enough to judge this animation, I liked it. I just think there could be more base kicks from the ground, like the "martelo" or some kick from the "lua" series, These are beginner moves but are almost always used in fights and tournaments, even by masters, and perhaps some High body kicks From the floor with the hands on the ground, which generally have a lot of power, "martelo de negativa" It would be a good choice, The "gingado" It was a little slow, although it is a posture that can be used in this movement, it can be very fast, generally used by more experienced capoeiristas, this helps to generate more force behind the kicks And faster and harder to predict attacks, and although many don't know this, capoeira has hand strikes, there are very few but they exist, maybe you can use this in your next animation, but I liked the jumping and spinning movements that led to a mid-motion kick. Overall, it was very lively and very choreographed, It was very good, keep up the good work.👍

When used correctly with the intent as a supportive agility style. Its pure devestation. Muay Thai make kick and knee hard. But Capiora hits with the entire body. 15 lbs at 30 fps still does not compare with 200 or 190lbs at 50fps. One will break you sure the other will kill you while dancing. Muay Thai is Elephant Tiger Style Caipoera is Dancing Hammer style. Every kick is like a sledge hammer spining in the air creating vast momentum.

i love it and ........ my I kindly ask how many days or months to make a 15 minute animation in blender? ?
@deadmancerwalking60888 ай бұрын
probably close to 4-6 months im speaking from a 2d animation perspective but still animation is animation.
@ganimol96917 ай бұрын
@deadmancerwalking6088 would probably have to depend on if the characters, props, and set are being made from scratch or not. That would easily add at least a month or two on top of that.
@ganimol96917 ай бұрын
@deadmancerwalking6088 as a side note though, I am curious how long do you animate for(hours) in a day? How long does it take you to complete say a 30 second animation? Personally it would take me like 2 weeks using pre made models and sets in 3d. Tho I have a terribly inefficient work flow so idk how much my lack of skill contributes to it taking so long.

A movement specialist trained in capoeira, karate, and other martial arts. I love your work and please know this comes from a place of respect. There's something very odd about your rendition of capoeira. I think he has something to do with the weight shifts and the overall movement flow. I don't see it in any of the other videos but for this one it feels very odd. I'd be happy to break it down for you if you would like a breakdown. Thank you for your wonderful work!

Miss Jenev Swan. Nobody has any clue on where she appeared from. But since her appearance nonstop events have been happening. “People are talking about another fight between the two families. Last time it didn’t go so well.” “I hear this time nobody died though…” Two men could be heard talking after Miss Swan’s performance. She thinks to herself “I’m the one here trying to investigate what’s going on between the two families. More importantly. Who is Anne?”
