Hi Salma! I never use baking or compound chocolate. In chocolate desserts the quality of chocolate is very important to get the best flavor, so I always use good quality chocoalte bar. My favourite chocolate is Lindt classic dark chocolate, but you can choose an high quality brand you can find in your Country.
