It was the moment Caps fans had been waiting to experience for decades. The Washington Capitals defeated the Pittsburgh Penguins in the Second Round of the 2016 Stanley Cup playoffs to advance to the Eastern Conference Final. They did it in epic fashion, with Evgeny Kuznetsov netting the game-winner in overtime.
