......... and the 1000 residents that share the peninsula with Rocketlab wish them the best too; we have one road on the peninsula which Rocketlab have destroyed while building launch pad 1 and then 2 and everything else that has been trucked in has crumbled the land holding the road up. Rocketlab need to rebuild our road (Mahia East Coast Rd) that they have destroyed or there will be no moon shots or satelites. The importance of our road is as important as the missions and this can not be "overstated"...... soon we will no longer be able to live and they will no longer be able to launch.

@@5455jm As a Kiwi, don't point the finger at the wrong organisation. Our government approved the facility and LTSA are responsible for the roads. And that's run by the government. Write to your local MP and make them aware of the problem. They are the ones responsible, not Rocket Lab. Though I am sure Peter Beck would be very approachable if you wrote him an email. I just hope the trucks can get the rockets in; they don't fly in yah' kno' ..............and so many years of Peter trucking on our one road in, which is the same road out, has that many slides on it ........... at one point council had to install a Bailey Bridge and then my rates doubled with no explanantion. You have the money Pete to build a couple of launchpads but nothing for the roads you are so willfully destroying.............
