An interesting thing about this game that struck a cord with me is that you play as Anti-Vision at least from the look of it since he’s all white. As apposed to his red and green default version before he died and came back as Anti-vision.

I loved this game as a kid, I came here after waiting over 20 years for another good avengers game and after hearing the reviews of the beta looks like I will still have to wait unfortunately. Anything not on par with Arkham or Spiderman ps4 is a let down

shame that a lot of these classic licensed titles (and konami titles, too) never got digital ports...to my knowledge. It would be nice if they eventually got sold on steam or something as dlc for the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis collection.

Why, yes, I can illegally pirate all the games I could ever hope for and more, but I'd much rather show support for games I have interest in to developers, giving them the compensation for their time and resources and, of course, talent in design.

I think you are misinterpreting the two terms. Piracy is illegal, and I don't condone it in any way. Emulating however, is not. How are you supposed to get this game legally anyways. This game and the Sega Genesis is nearly impossible to find these days. The developers cannot longer make money out of this game. In fact, emulating the game just helps promote their game.

well, how am I supposed to emulate the game without first pirating a copy? Next, the developers CAN make money off the game again via selling it digitally, as I suggested originally. Steam itself has many Genesis games available on it with an official emulator, so all the developers need to do is get the rights to republish the titles. This game, for instance, will need licensing to be published again, but Konami's Castlevania Bloodlines and Contra Hard Corps shouldn't have that sort of trouble.

I've seen You've beaten many Ys games but didn't seen Dawn of Ys from PC Engine CD, You miss a lot. Bosses are huge step up in quality compared to Ys Book I & II (3 phase final boss is the best), game is superior in every aspect in my opinion. I can upload You translated rom files if You want (there is a lot of hassle to get correct rom with correct file formats and to apply text and voice english translations too).
