In the comics, Red Hulk defeated a Watcher with a punch, he beat up Green Hulk once. Even if he is watered down, he's still too much for Sam. If i see Sam solo Red Hulk, I'm walking out the theater. Still wouldnt give him strength on par with the Hulk. I am also pretty sure if the Hulk hits a regular human NOT in Hulkbuster armour and he punches them then their dead. Impact goes through most armor like warhammers during the middle ages they shattered the bones underneath.

Sams suit was also made in Wakanda. The wings and the suit itself are a Vibranium weave. Which I'm sure they used for his upgraded look. Red Hulk would still knock him around, but at least the suit would disperse most of the impact.

Red Hulk👌🏽😳, red hulk doesn't get stronger he warms up and gets hot. He's a bit different from Green Hulk. Looking forward to seeing Falcon get the chance to show what he can do. In Earth 65, Sam Wilson is Samantha Wilson, and she underwent the exposition to Vita-Rays, which, combined with the Super-Soldier Serum, enhanced Sam's body. Maybe we'll get something like that. Who knows. It should be fun.

He would be able to run really(3x) fast, jump &/or leap higher &/or further, hit & kick harder than any of his enemies/opponents. In the hulk movie with Edward Norton the super soldier serum did not help the character who played the abomination the hulk was still able to smash him with a kick so Sam shouldn’t fare any better when red hulk catches him
