I started editing this project when the first Mission Impossible trailer came out but I didn't have the energy to finish it after editing my 2017 Movie Trailer Montage. Since Mission Impossible is coming out this weekend I figured I'd revisit and complete it just in time for the movie's release.

These "trailer in the style of" videos are a mixed bag sometimes. But this one is flawless. My favourite is how in the end the editor resists the temptation to bring in the title in sync with Tony and Cap colliding and instead rises the tension with not showing the collision AND waiting a second for the title. Absolutely erfect!
