That’s not fear. That’s respect. She knew who captain was. The same way all of Thanos guys knew the Original Avenger. They hal already foiled his plans in the first avengers. When they expect no one on earth to be able to do so they did it That’s why they respect them. And that’s ehy Thanos in particular goes out of his way to show respect to Tony Start. While to the other characters they don’t even spend the time of day before start destroying them. He respected captain America. He respected Thors power. Thats why he completely immobilised him and got soo angry when he escaped the same for hulk that he agreed to a one on one fight. He respected Tony so much that said he hoped they all remembered him and given a choice he spared his life. He even respected Loki’s insane last effort to defeat him. That’s why he allowed him to try. But fear ? No. If anyone he feared to fight at the same time Stark/ Cap/ Thor/Hulk/Spiderman/Strange/Captain Marvel at once. That’s probably his only fear because he knew that combination of people would be strong enough and smart enough to find a way to get the gems out of him and probably before he made his wish and perhaps even realise they didn’t need the entire gauntlet
