The more trailer footage we get the better the movie actually looks. And the fact that Sam doesn't have the SS Serum will make the combat more interesting rather than a xerox of Winter Soldier.

It's going to lean into Sam's training. Remember, he brought a knife to the causeway gunfight and came away with the gun, saving Steve in the process. As a pararescue jumper, his job was to rescue and give emergency medical care to even other special forces
