Only just learned about Captain Cook's cottage from watching Melbourne tourist attractions and originally thought it was a replica building until I learned it was his cottage and it was relocated from England to Melbourne, I find this whole undertaking quite mind blowing and amazing how well it was disassembled and reassembled so accurately! Also since its relocation to Melbourne it has pretty much become the the oldest building in Australia predating the first British settlement in Australia by 33 years!
