Very good stuff! You kept it moving for the entire 4 mins or so the actual film lasted! Really liked the callback to AOTC with the lightsaber fight, and your contextual use of voice lines from the show. I think you pulled off an accurate stop motion representation of Fordo just fine! Looking forward to more!

Stop motion and accompanying shots looked very fluid. Really enjoyed the sound effects down to the cable gun. Impressive that you were able to isolate the voices and sound effects during the umbara music sequence (2:04) 2:51 It works for comedic purposes but I feel that line could have been omitted. 3:26 to 3:27: nice cut. What happened to the troops who went up to the rafters? That idea of Fordo is getting captured is really new and fresh. Don’t usually see that. Well done. Can’t wait to see what happens next.

Great job man, this was amazing! The special effects and the sets were very good, and you really sold the idea of a large base with all the unique perspectives/camera angles you used! This had a very classic feel to it and reminded me of a lot of the older OG stop motions! Can’t wait to see more from you! I think your next step on animation is to raise the frame rate a bit and try to eliminate the light flicker... but other than that everything was awesome!

Thank you for your comment! As a fellow animator I can tell you have the eye for detail. I will try stepping up the frame rate but I think the problem causing the light flicker was the shutter speed and my shitty desk lights. I’ll work for a solution for that. When can we expect your next project? Also so sorry I thought I was already subbed to you!!
