The best part was that we are suppose to assume they are exactly same characters from UBISOFT. Just broken by years living in new enviornment..... Rayman got seperated from his friends, so he had to adapt to new world, trying to maintain his innocence to inspire others. However, his innocence didn't let him understand how manipulations work. He came from world where good and evil was very easy to distinguish. Here in world where half truths are meant to manipulate others it was difficult. Ego and comfort zone did the rest.... Jade and Pei'j were the same got seperated from friends and family when worlds collided. Still tried to fight for freedom, Marcus and DedSec continued exposing corrupted officials. However, in the end it lead to them being replaced by even more corrupted officials. Like in Watch Dogs 2 and Watch Dogs legion. Only for world to become full dystopia... Sam Fisher still believed in America, but losing everything clearly made him tired. SPOILER Templars won and created their New Eden.... This show was meant to make us feel uncomfortable. Seeing all our beloved characters tired, broken....
