@@velho3942 Be that as it may or may not be - That wasn't what your comment was saying. Your comment was on offense based on thick accents. Adi's issue was that Apu was stereotypical and lacked authenticity. Bullfrog's VA was the creative director, and from France. Ergo, authentic, and lacking in stereotype - It's just a thick French accent. So either you have no idea what Adi's issue was, or you're moving the goal-post. And if i were you, I'd pick the first option. Either way, Apu's reception among Indians isn't relevant to 'Tell me how thick accents are offensive'.
