Hey Bryn, We have massive stainless steel line cutters, but when a 1 1/8 inch groundline gets wrapped up....well you need more than the 1000 hp we have in each engine to cut it. Thanks for watching!

A 24 hour grind. The most I’ve ever done was 19 hour shift against my will because we had to finish a job before the next work week on a Sunday. I’ve only done that once in my career and these guys do it basically every day during the season. Backbreaking grueling work. It’s not for everyone and I honestly don’t think I would last very long.

The pots have a safety thing on them that the bindings degrade over a certain amount of time to allow the crabs to escape so they won't be stuck in there they will get out
