Fraser constantly bad mouthing Captain Sandy to Alissa is the reason she got fired. He poured gasoline on the fire and caused her attitude towards the captain to become toxic. Sure, she’s 100% to blame for her actions, but Fraser did a horrible job at managing his staffs relationship with their Captain.

The Captain applied for the captaincy on one of my Charter Yachts and we pulled Her up on this …. To this day She as not Captained another Yacht of that size She is now on a Lady’s 55 ft Cruiser a massive step down… Alissa works with us for the past 8 months all we told Her to make sure of is Her swearing is to stop and flirting with Crew and guests is strictly Forbidden. She is doing well… 🎉

As much as I can't stand Alissa most of this season, Captain Sandy's reasoning for firing her doesn't make much sense to me. I think she did have a negative bias towards the interior team and that was totally unfair. Considering this is Fraser's first time as Chief Stew, he's still learning the ropes and should be given some grace. She fired Alissa simply because she didn't like her and wasn't address as Captain ONE TIME. That's pretty unprofessional.

Don't join the Navy Alissa you wouldn't last a day It's not about disrespect it's about following chain of command which is what I have noticed the trend for this show somebody gets promoted and their friendship bonds have fallen overboard Me personally I have zero tolerance for this type of behaviour at work any work place Manager Axe they call me which is fine people are at work to work not socialize or holiday I a daily target too meet My 10 year old nephew acts better And I would have thrown their ass off that boat ages ago
