Here's what I don't get. Sandy knew the second Alyssa said "Sandy, I mean Captain" that she was going to fire her. After all, how many times did Sandy talk a big game about "the second I hear insubordination you'll be off the boat so fast your head will spin!" But then, she purposely waited until right before the charter started to do it--overnight, right? Why? To purposely sabotage and mess up Fraser even more. Really gross, manipulative, bullying behavior from a real piece of tish. Same with having Ross escort her out. That was an ugly, ego power move Sandy did and completely uncalled for. She did it to belittle Alyssa and rub it in her face. Don't get me wrong, Alyssa needed to go, she ain't no angel. But she didn't deserve an escort, and Sandy should have promptly fired her at the lip, rather than waiting until right before guests arrive. She only did that so she could hurt multiple people at once: Alyssa and Fraser, two birds with one stone. Really gross. Hate Sandy. Can't wait until she's not on this show anymore.

Not everything is racist. For starters, I imagine an incompetent deckies makes good tv, so the producers kept Camille on. A steward who rolls her eyes is maybe exciting for one episode. Fraser needs to learn to be a better chief stew. He should have immediately intervened when Camille and Alyssa had their issues. Fraser never addressed their problems with each other; as he should of. When it got out of control, Captain Sandy had to step in. Fraser needs to lead the stews and not be their friend. Having Alyssa's attitude in an enclosed workplace affected the attitudes and morales of everyone. Captain Sandy put an end to it. Even Fraser said at the end of the episode that Captain Sandy was right and things felt better.
