I guess they were recording this video. Erkan & Stefan were, in my opinion, two very lame German comedians. They even produced a movie, "Der Tod kommt krass", and I guess the song is on the soundtrack. These two guys are largely forgotten now in Germany.

Though not as good as his masterpiece 'The Yodel', interesting to hear him explain what his intentions with the lyrics were.

Despite some early success, the majority of his non Damned material is dross. The Yodel especially 😅
