Greste video! I just realised a few days ago that I can fit 1 medium Missile luncher and 1 small missile luncher at a Tristan.... a weaker super low budget version of this. Hits like a truck! If drones were better it would be even better :)

Great video, I’ve been contemplating building a worm. But since cruisers are my main focus with frigates being secondary, I’ve held off on the temptation for now. This fit was very interesting, but with nerfs to medium rapids around the corner, it just feels like yet another blow will be dealt to this fun little ship. Nice fight by the way, pity it went that way, I’m fairly sure you could have taken that if you removed the drone right at the start. Anyways keep up the good work and great content o7

This is my first faction ship. Working on saving the isk for a Macharial. I'm at Expert 4 Frig Control, small drones, 5/5/4 medium missile upgrade. Went with defensive rigs vs pvp. Also dropped the cash for faction warrior drones. MWD, Adaptive shield and shield extender. Pumps my ehp to 14k and got 325 dps. Drones at 38km and missiles iirc are at 35km range or so? Not taken it out for any fights yet though. Been stupidly busy.

I sent this question in game as well, but thought I would ask here. You highlight how the Worm only gives upgrades to Missile/Torpedo, without specifying size. Do you think it's possible then that the Blackbird could be fitted a bit "uniquely" to take advantage of the same wording on its Traits?

It looks to me like you were only using one drone against that caracal? Did the other one get blown up immediately? That’s probably when you should disengage since a huge chunk of your dps is gone.

I think it affects weapon independent of ships. I have frig eng 5/5/4 and when I equipped a destroyer the turrets PG were reduced. But it was some time ago and I’m not sure thats the case anymore.

Awe man i had a pucker going watching that worm fight. Well faught though. Another person mentioned the arbitrator. Its actually like one of the best ratting sniper ships for cruisers. But its a speed sniper not a damage sniper. So so high end encounters ratting its great. But easier stuff the VNI is better in regards to pvp agression.

you can buy the basic with plex as it doesn't take that much plex and that'll let you research and use omega skills. You could also join a corp that's willing to share things with you and make things for you to help you along. I'm pretty I saw some corps were offering free (i'm assuming basic) omega to members so you could try finding one of those.

@@captainbenzie It s not about my text , and don t get me wrong i love ur content and all of ur videos . Switching the mwd to ab was really slow and u took significant dmg because of that also the dmg done to the drone was slow u started to shoot it after more than 15 sec after lock and web. Once ur down into hull more than 70% u should of had the panic button ready get range and warp tf out of there , unecessary loss in my opinion. Prove me wrong Captain.
