It's Emancipation Gardens. Reminds me of when they use to have Christmas in July. Looks like everyone is enjoying themselves ❤ St Thomas was so much fun back in the day. 🌴💃🎶Drinks were only a dollar and a bottle of Cruzan rum was 69 cents 😅
