I have a friend who turned his kids wooden play structure into an RC Car/Truck crawler course. Surprisingly, his yard is filled with adults (and beer) all having a blast using their own crawlers on the course. Takes plenty of skill to drive a crawler around a good course.

Many thanks for posting Captain and also good to see "Mr Owley" keeping a close eye on proceedings!; I think I have found a very good alternative to all of the cheap, so called all terrain RC vehicles sold by the Chains; my Grandson has a few however continually gets "Stuck" in different situations; the Crawler looks like it will take care of that! (he is 3 by the way!!!)

3 years old and driving dual transmission crawlers. That is Very good hand eye coordination for even more items in the RC hobby.

IF I can ever get mine to work I'm sure I will enjoy it. I got mine day one of release and it has never worked right and before long would not work at all. I have paid FMS nearly as much as the cost of the truck on replacement parts that after weeks of waiting for doesn't work. Not won't fit the truck, I'm talking about parts that has none of the function they are meant for including a brand new esc/receiver/radio combo that the receiver will not bind to any controller I have including the older fcx24 one and the one that they sent with the ecs/receiver.

That is unfortunate. So far I have 10 FMS RC Cars/Trucks and no issues with any. Even under all my FMS vids there is never a complaint about any issues. Yours sounds like a one in a million situation, which is again very unfortunate.

@@CAPTAINDRONE798 I know they are generally durable for what they are. That is what upsets me most. One issue that might cost them a single product gets no response but if I want to pay them for something they are right on it. Well I'm done paying them for crap that don't work and should gladly be given me at no charge. I might also be done with my hopes of this fcx24 ever running because I will not give FMS another penny even if they are the only company that sells what I need. Maybe someone will upgrade to Komoto or something and have a working ESC/receiver combo they will sell. I know a few other youtubers that have a bunch of these and have done just that. Or maybe someday I will upgrade to another brand of esc/receiver and what ever other parts will make it work. I think it might be because I had the top critical review with one (overly generous) star on Amazon before they sent metal gears which changing the review was a quid pro quo to 5 stars which I did. I can only review what I myself has. I never used those metal gears because I ordered complete axles before I knew metal gears were coming and they had metal gears and the glued plastic gears were holding up. The ESC going out was probably after any warranty period but the problems I have started 30 seconds into first run. They could respond and say 'fuck you' and it would be better than them ignoring me and charging me for parts which I had no problem with except the parts are useless. I have filed a claim against them and plan to file more.
