It actually took me a minute to realize that this wasn't just the original video with an acapella audio overlayed. This is what the music video feels like it it looked like as a kid and looking back on it now was a REAL shocker as to how much my nostalgia clouded my judgement for the early 2010's Minecraft music-video visuals. This is a phenomenon they mentioned in an interview about the graphics style for one of the more recent Dragonball games, where we have a tendency to sort of "update" the visuals of something in our memory, as we reconstruct it using elements we have internalized over the years - smoother framerate, greater focus on specific parts of the scene, better resolution.
