Heres a really good detail you may have missed in this masterpiece, it all goes back to luigis first lament and peach mario toad and yoshi are doing the opposite of what they were doing while tortured by bowser, Peach was a servant in the first one serving drinks to bowser and minions but now she is a queen in this one, Mario was tortured by goombas in the first one but now after those fake plans he tortured them, toad hadn’t eaten in months in the first one but now he has binged eaten in this one, and yoshi was put on a hamster wheel and couldnt stop running in the first one but now he is making humans run on a track.
