this is where expert mode starts to be noticeably harder, when fighting the boss, you were confronted against these spiked slimes, on normal mode they do not exists, every boss have a different patern/new attacks, the eye will be fun to fight :)

@@AJGAMING004. you have to make a long platform and equip speed artefacts if you want to make it easier, then go back and forth nonstop, the boss will have trouble to catch you while he dashes

@@kapa_nitori you can get the dirtiest block easily using a drill mount on the celebration world, i farmed quite a few so if you also want one i can also give it to you

FYI, there is a item called the Axe of Regrowth that replants the trees when you harvest them.

In the top left of your inventory, theres a little button for a ruler! could come in handy to see if your builds are even and symmetrical

Jardon, if you hit the “H” key while doing battle (or anything for that matter, don’t have to have your inventory open) it will automatically use the best healing item in your inventory. Meaning you can heal and keep fighting. The “B” key will use any buffs in your inventory all at once… use this one with caution because you could definitely waste some potions lol (speed, spelunker, obsidian skin, water walking, gravitation, etc) very useful while fighting mobs or bosses.

I want to recommend a garden sooner rather than later, you're probably going to get a lot more mileage out of potions on expert. Also the Night Eye potion to make KZbin experience better. Clay makes flower pots, but when you get the Dryad use her planters. Also you can build a sink out of a water bucket for an infinite water source for potion bottles.

If you collect all your tombstones from each death and place them in a forest with a few blocks between them you can make a graveyard which is a unique mini biome on the surface. Its 6 or 7 tombstones I think so start collecting!

In Expert mode, some enemies can pick up money. They will glow the colour of the highest-valued coin they are holding, and they will drop it on death.

In expert mode you drop half of your money on death (up from a quarter in classic) but enemies drop more gold to compensate for the difficulty The arms dealer ("demo man," nurse's boyfriend) only spawns once you have a gun- breaking a single crimson heart/shadow orb guarantees you'll get one Gold is equivalent to platinum; silver is tungsten And zombies do, in fact, time their jumps. A lot of enemies and bosses have improved AI in expert mode

If you want a different experience, try a different class. Ranger is survivable and relatively easy to play as. Mage has very cool and diverse weapons. Summoner is challenging and very fun.

Please Jordan, for the love of god, place any banners immediately around you when you get them. They provide defensive and offensive buffs for you towards that enemy so you don't get hurt much and can take more hits. It's so game changing and makes the entire playthrough a lot more bearable so you don't take so much chip damage that you're always on potion sickness.

Hey! Some advice about replanting trees, you should use smart cursor to plant them where they can grow - they need 3 blocks of free space on either side or else they won't grow at all!

If you make a vertical line of platforms and hammer all of them into stairs facing the same way, then if you walk up one of the stars and align yourself the right way, you'll move to the top of the line af a speed only surpassed by post-Moon Lord wings.

Just a couple things I feel might help: 1. Mace can be upgraded with torches 2. Silver’s alternative is Tungsten afaik, and I think Gold corresponds to Platinum, but I could be wrong

No you are right Also , a good set of armors early game is the mining set for mining and its cool to yse it as a secong set , also the gladiator armor has the same base defence as the platinum armor and the set bounce gives you knockback immunity so cobalt shield pre skeletron

You do spend a lot of time ignoring the enemies that are very close, but that can work if you focus on the chest just long enough to instantly select the pickaxe, use it and switch back to the weapon to kill things and spend no time viewing your loot when enemies are close, none, look when you are hidden inside a home.

The arms dealer appears once you *spoilers* have a gun, typically the musket from breaking a shadow orb/heart. Breaking an orb also enables the goblin army and meteors.

tragically armor is pretty worthless in expert. in normal you could have armor blocking 50%+ of the incoming dmg. in expert and in max, youll be lucky to block 10%

Actually armor protects more on expert the values being 50% on normal, 75% on expert and 100% on master per defense point, the problem is that it also affects enemies armor and the damage that enemies do are way higher so it doesnt matter
