Love this game, been playing myself too. Don't worry about having the max cost for cards in the crafted bundles be $1... its not like you plan on selling them at the table anyway. Also turning the lights on for the last 3-4 hours of the day doesnt impact the bills much. As others have said here you can move the shelves back a smidge. With pack opening I tend to buy 64 packs plus what i need to replenish of my highest tier... then open 64 packs from the shelves, then replenish all before i open for the day. (it helps I have a mod the allows me to hold any amount of items.) Other mods that I find useful but not cheaty are one that shows how much money customers have, and auto fill out card machine with amount.

I dunno. The chat flipping over the "bills" is probably because of a misconception that there's increased interest if you don't pay off early? (Credit card conflation?) Unless that's how it actually works because of a bug in the format, as you say--it makes no difference either way. Pay sooner, pay later, either way you're going to pay, and it is a flat rate so far as I can tell. The rent would probably increase with things like lot/shop size improvements, but it would still be what it is no matter how soon the rent is paid.

I watched some of these videos for a while now, so i decided to buy the game after buying it i kept getting £100 and higher and when i unlocked the rare packs (yellow ones) i got a ghost and also for every 32 packs is around a 6.4 percent chance of a ghost

once you get to a point where you have a ton of a bit of extra spending money, stock, and quick workers, buying lots of bulk items when they are low so you dont have to worry about buying them when they might be high and youre out of stock it gets rid of worrying about any of that. might have a ton of extra boxes sitting insdie or outside, but it works so well. i miss my neat and tidy store but not worrying about stock and buying items a day they are too high is SO much better

also, more tables, more passive income, i get an average of 60 games played with 12 tables, and currently doing the 35 dollar buy in tables (costs $500 to start the day with that event but i get close to $4k from them everyday) my prices on all items are almost always between the 10% and 20% markups always and people love the prices most times, also makes using the market check app really useful and makes mornings much faster so i can just adjust the cents and dollars accordingly. every week i will recheck all of them again

idk about you but if i go to a store to buy something and it's €10 and then i go to another store and see the same product for €13, i'm not gonna buy the €13 one. like when i need to buy something like an appliance or whatever, i check a bunch of different stores online to see the prices on their sites to see what store has the same product for cheaper. so yeah, people will complain about the prices being high if you're marking them above market value

That's a big oversimplification, there are other factors. If I'm already at the shop I'll buy it for 13, because it's not worth my time to go the other shop to save 3 dollars. I'd also avoid the other shop if it's in a shitty area or have rude employees. And IRL you don't have a central website listing all the market prices either.

@@blackghost87 seeing as you're using dollars, i'm going to assume you're american, so things maybe work differently there. i'm in europe, supermarkets are usually almost in front of each other. for some, you wouldn't even need to get in your car from one to another, you'd leave in in that parking lot, go to the other store, grab what you want, and then go back to the parking lot of the other store and go home. and i can also look up the prices of it online for the individual stores, because most of them have an online shopping option and so they list the prices for people using that service and so i can go on the store's site, check the price, go on another store's site, check their price and then decide which one to go to

What you see on a store's website and on the store shelves and what rings up at the register is the Retail Price. Most of us, no matter what country you're in, do not research the Market Price and base most of our price shopping on Retail Price.
