Hi there , I bought this for a project and can't get the text to spread out horizontally on a line even with window size set to 100% Using FCPX 10.6.2. really need some help here as it's turning over very near the centre. seems to be ignoring the text width window in settings. I'm on an m1 Ultra Mac

There are a couple reasons captions may be wrapping around: - The Text Box assigned to that caption is causing the wrap. You can select all captions and collectively assign a larger text box. - The caption contains an actual return character (aka line break). This often happens when importing from SRT. You can ask Caption Burner to remove all such line breaks If you require further help I suggest contacting support via the FxFactory app: fxfactory.com/support/

how can I align them vertically center? like when I have 2 line it works fine but when I have 1 line it shows caption on bottom, I want that 1 line caption in the center of 2 line caption.. is it possible?

You might have worked this out by now. Align the text to the top in caption burner edit mode - make sure you select all the text (all should have a blue border when selected). Then save the caption burner track as a compound clip and then you can move it anywhere

ok, I'm missing something here. I placed this over my video, but no text. It doesn't translate what I am saying in the video. What am I missing? This video says to upload a file, but from where? It's very confusing to me, but I'm not the smartest tool in the shed. If I need to do something in order to get captions in my video from this plug-in, I would assume that the instructions would be here. What did I miss please?

Caption burner is for burning captions into video, it does not automatically generate captions from audio. I suggest looking at Transcriber for that: fxfactory.com/info/transcriber/

How can I turn the preview off on the screen? Cos whenever I'm trying to edit my text the preview bar is literally in my way.
