never seen anything like hyraxes, they are like a cross between a dog and a squirrel

Behaviour wise they are a cross between a cat and dog. Responsive like a dog and aloof like a cat yet snuggly like a dog and yet agile like a cat and can climb as much as a cat (except cats and hyrax excel at completely different surfaces - except they both can handle trees. A hyrax isn’t good at fabric climbing)
