Great couple of Turkey videos, love the images captured and the vibe of the place. Nice soundtrack too, just at the right volume. if you want to get rid of the yellow staining on your tees, best thing is not to wear white tees when you have suncream on you, no escape of the staining. I have learned the hard way with my Ferrari limited edition white cap...wear something not white during the day, and when you go out at night after shower put on your white tee.

Nice shots man! I just came back from Turkey about 5 days ago. I think the yellowing of your shirts is a combination of the sunscreen and sweat. I avoid wearing white in hot and humid weather while wearing sunscreen for that reason. The only thing that has helped is washing the shirts right after the day in a wash machine. Washing by hand does not work. I would even smear Dr Broners on the stains before placing in machine

Love Kalkan! I have the same dilemma with digital and analogue. I only shoot digital for work now. I don’t get any enjoyment out of it anymore. I think it’s partly the instant gratification and the fact that even if I underexpose an image things like the variable iso fill in the gaps for my incompetencies. With analogue it’s the feeling of just man and a machine, when the image is great, you did that! You controlled that tool, it’s an amazing feeling, I also think because you have more lows with analogue the highs feel higher, where digital is so accurate and objectively better in every way it removes the soul out of the process. I think it’s just accepting that they are tools, and finding their place. If I was a rep driving up and down the country I would want a BMW3 series, but if I wanted to go for a lovely sunny Sunday drive through the Cotswolds (and it was an option) I would choose a Jaguar E Type with the top down every time, but on the other hand, I would not want the E type as my runaround up and down the M40 on a wet day filled with traffic. This is basically how I view cameras now… work = digital, fun/adventure = analogue

I think I'm early :D - video popped up during my lunch break :) Every time I watch one of your videos it astonish me how great you put your videos together with your Iphone and Gopro combined with your amazing photos and well selected music! I'm still learning and struggling to make interesting and engaging videos. I originally wanted to ask you how you choose between taking a picture between analogue and digital, since you wear both bodies at the same time (despite focal length), but you basically answered it in the middle if the video :) I understand what you mean. I started to shoot film last year and more and more I prefer analogue over digital, specially when I shoot for myself in the streets (also since I brought the cost a bit down regarding buying film on special sales + self developement and scanning - otherwise the cost factor would kill the fun for me). For my family documentation I still see the benefits for digital for my personal used case e.g. sharing family moments quickly on the phone and have a quick post edit on LR mobile. But the analogue photos always have some special feeling for me, even if I shoot something boring - don't know how to describe it. Can't tell it enough, but really love your work here! :) Btw I got my M3 and if you are interested I made a quick video on my channel - such a beauty of a camera! And despite the film love - I would a love to see a future video about your M11 experience. Not gonna lie, I kinda have an M11 itch, despite all these M11 freezing reports :D

hi, i have been interested in photography for a while but i can't understand film development. you put photos in high resolution video, how can you scan these photos in high resolution? don't you lose quality of the photos? or does it depend on the quality of the scanner you buy? and doesn't this process take too much time? my main question is; if you are going to buy a film camera, should you also buy the film development and exporter for digital right? soo... doesn't it have an sd card slot :))??
