I replaced those factory half turn screws with 10mm bolts with built on washers. I removed all the factory speed nuts and used the ones that fit the new bolts. Now I never have to worry about it falling off.

Similar thing happened to me only it was raining super hard. I hit a huge dip and it was full of water. The dip ripped the metal undercarriage from front to back. But the worst part….the water got up there….and u know what that means, flooded my engine. So I say goodbye to my SI. It was a sad day. Sad😢day...
