Camels eat from thorny bushes as well - they have the same very tough padded lips and top of mouth. Don’t forget they ARE from the DESERT the actual place real thorns come from.

Or u can get foldable cage which u can put around whole car and then repair it nicely then remove the cage N go. The cage here i mean one used in circus

Just towing wud have been best option. Hire some indian hooligans who work for traffic department of police in india .....they can tow the car just in 15 to 20 secs So tht they can make money. Thats the only work or job in govt of india which happens quickly....other jobs may take months or years or decades or centuries unless u are good at bribes
