Charred and still mooing! Yum. Beef doesn't have parasites in America. And any place that could have bacteria is already charred and cooked. Just enjoy it! It will help keep you warm.

Getting parasites from beef in America is extremely rare but there is still a slim chance it contains Beef tapeworms. He will know for sure after about a week if he takes a poop and sees the under developed worms in his fecal matter in the toilet. luckily tapeworms are easily cured in the U.S. Lol

One technique that works well for steaks up to about 1-1/2 inches thick is cold start pan frying. It cooks the inside and browns the outside, without adding much of the unwanted gray area. Put the unseasoned steak(s) in a cold carbon steel or cast iron pan and cook for 2 minutes on high heat, preferably coals. Turn and cook for 2 minutes on the other side. Turn again to the first side and brown over medium heat. Keep turning every 2 minutes until done to desired degree. Rest for 10 minutes and add seasoning to taste and melted butter if needed. And skip the cooking oil, since none of the usual alternatives will survive high heat. A bit of smokin' tallow will keep lean cuts from sticking to the pan, but fattier steaks make their own oil.

Damn that lights bright I got one a little bit brighter than that one it's 5500 lumens and The battery on it is stupid good it can last 60hrs on low and medium setting. It use two USB type C ports one for the actual charger and the other port you can charge another flashlight if you want it also can charge up your phone. You can also charge the light with your phone if needed

Carry oregano essential add drops to 16 ounce bottle of water. I put 15 drops and boy felt better when I woke up whatever I ate on our camping trip had me doubled over no more. I don't camp without hope it helps
