I have always been a Tolbers camping fan you are one of the best KZbinrs in the campervan camping videos. But the no talking just got me to the point I couldn't watch the whole video. I hope this isn't the new way of your videos, because you were always a great talker during your videos. Please dont get me wrong it wasn't the videoing or the items that I couldn't finish it all it was the sounds that were really popping and when you talk I don't notice them as much. You still rock Matt just please don't change what you have been doing.

Hi matt love your video..love the night walk thru the woods..I was there right behind you😊reminded me of when I was very young we were raise out in the woods my Dad was a produce farmer..2 of my older brothers would take me rabbit hunting with them at night. " To tote the Rabbits I reckon" but watching your videos took me back we spent a lot of time camping in the woods and going to Crystal River camping an night fishing...do you ever spot Rabbits and other animals out there? My heart was pounding on that walk just like mine always did when my husband and I would be camping in the NC Mountains and I would need to get out of the tent in the middle of the night to go relieve myself. 😂 I wish I had a flashlight that bright back in the late 1980s and early 1990s. 😂

I like to cook a steak or chicken or sausage at home before I camp. I take 3 squares of aluminum foil on top of each other, place cooked meat, small boiled potatoes and frozen vegetables on top layer wrap like a burrito. The other 2 wrap loosely for use as plate or extra. Place in freezer at home till time to camp, place in ice chest when you go camping. Unwrap the 2 loose sheets of aluminum and place food in the camp fire or grill or pan with lid. Therefore making more time for camping activities and cleanup is a lot easier.

This is how i camp to. My gazebo tent looks almost identical. And i camp out of my 2005 Toyota Sequoia. Which is an amazing camping/overlanding vehicle by the way. And i thought i should add . . . the only dangerous thing in those woods to be concerned about are ticks! 😄 i hate ticks

Thankfully ticks have a very short season here. Generally you don’t have to worry about animals messing with you, but still not the best idea to go solo strolling through the woods at night. I like to live on the edge though, so enjoy the thrill. We do have wolves, bears and the occasional cougar.

Vans are better for camping. More room. I was living in Nissan Altima,Jeep Patriot and Mercedes Sprinter Van. Mercedes was the best for me. I can stand up .lots of room. My Mercedes was with diesel engine. 3.0 L .

I’ll be getting an ever larger van in the spring, so very excited about that. As far as not talking, I just like to do different things in my videos and figured why not try a no taking video. Congrats on the new vehicle. It does seem like it has less volume in the rear though. I know it has more seats but the overall dimensions looked smaller.
